We’re two local Houstonians who have experienced firsthand the freedom mobile home living can give you. It was when we moved into our mobile homes that we were able to start really living our lives - doing the things we loved with people we loved - rather than being slaves to our bills.

Sean lived in a mobile home for years, and because of it he was able pay down debt, enroll his daughter in activities she loved, fly with her across the country to visit her granddad, and have the peace of mind that he would be able to cover any financial emergency that came up.

Hi! I’m Craig, Owner of SouthernMH.

I was living in a huge house that was great for parties and holidays, but it was sucking the life out of me financially. The monthly mortgage and bills ate up every paycheck. I hated feeling like even though I made good money, I was just scraping by. I knew I needed to sell that big, beautiful house so I could get my feet back under me again. And I’ll tell you - it was the best decision I ever made.

My wife and I finally go on the vacations we always talked about but could never pay for. I take better care of my health with regular acupuncture appointments. I can treat my wife to nice dinners out. And what I want most is for other people to experience for themselves what living feels like once they’re free of the home that’s been tying them down.
